Thank you for choosing Aokway Vacuum Cleaner. In the event of non-human-induced issues during use, we offer the following solutions:

• 7-day refund with free replacement or upgraded one
• 365-day replacement policy

Return/Exchange Guidelines

To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below:

1. Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service.
2. All returned products must be in their original condition, Items returned with obvious use or similar stains will be subject to refusal.
3. Once we have received the returned package, we will send email notification and arrange an exchange or a refund within 5 business days.
